Remark : Twin Screw Extrusion SystemThe requirements:1- Supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete twin screw extrusion system intended for the developmentand production of various food products, including breakfast cereals (flakes, rings, and puffed balls), plant-based meat analogues (wet-textured protein), and pasta.2- The system should include a twin screw feeder with a 20-liter hopper, capable of feeding between 50 to 800 liters per hour. The feedershould be driven by a 1.5 kW motor, equipped with inverter-based frequency control and a deceleration gearbox with a speed ratio of 23.3- The twin screw extruder should be equipped with a 7.5 kW main motor controlled via an inverter. It should include a high-torque gearbox with an output speed of 600rpm and a torque capacity of 2x85Nm, coupled using an elastic column-pin-type coupling. 4- The screw elements should be made of high-speed tool steel, and the barrel must be constructed from food-grade stainless steel. 5-The shaft should be made of a high-strength alloy steel. 6-The system shouldsupport a maximum screw speed of 600 rpm, with a screw diameter of 26 mm, a barrel inner diameter of 26.5 mm, a center height of 1000 mm, and a barrel length-to-diameter ratio of 32. 7-The production capacity should range from 5 to 20 kg/h.8-Included in the system should be a soft water cooling unitwith a 0.55 kW stainless steel water pump and water tank, along with a liquid injection system using a 0.37 kW plunger metering pump. 9-The electric control system should consist of a programmable logic control (PLC) cabinet with standard industrial electrical components.10-Product forming accessoriesshould include:A-Molds and pelletizers for breakfast cereals such as flakes, rings, and puffed crispy ballsB-A cutting system with air shieldC-Screw core shaft assembli...
