• Quotation are invited for Toilet Renovation at G4 (X4004) · Posting Date: July 21, 2022 · Site Visit: July 25, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. · Bid Submission Due Date: August 10, 2022 before 2:00 p.m. 1 Section A Toilets 1, 2 and 3: • Dismantle the western commode, washbasin, and other fixtures. • Demolish the existing wall and floor tiles. • Dismantle the plumbing lines and fixtures. • Remove and keep the shower tray and bathtub for the re-installation per the demolition drawing (X-4004 RV T-02) 01 All 2 Floor water proofing for Toilet # 3 01 All 3 Construct the toilets with new concealed plumbing lines, wall and floor tiles, WC, washbasin with under counter, mirrors and new fixtures per the proposed drawing (X4004 RV T-01). Reinstall the old shower trays and bathtub. 01 All 4 Re-route the sewer line connections for Toilet # 3 01 All 5 Install LED (20 watts) ceiling mounted light fixtures in each toilet 01 All 6 Install new waterproof wooden doors for the toilets 01 All 7 Section B Relocate the existing water heater to the roof with proper electrical connections 01 All 8 Provide proper protective shade for the water heater 01 All 9 Disconnect all the existing concealed plumbing lines and provide new open pipeline with proper sized coper piping for the entire residence and connect that to the existing fixtures. Use coper brazing for concealed pipelines and compression method for the open pipe connections. 01 All 10 Do the pressure tests for the entire piping network up to 10 bar for any leaks. 01 All 11 Insulate all the pipelines and cover the insulation withvapor barrier coating 01 All 12 Finish the entire area to match with the surroundings after the completion of the piping 01 All 13 DBA Insurance 01 All
