• Tenders are invited for Thabit Service Campaign (Media Campaign and Event Management) Tender Fee: 52.500 (OMR) The Tender shall be valid lor a period of at least ninety (90) days from the last date of tender submission including any extension there of the submission date extended, the bank guarantee or a certified cheque shall be extended in accordance with the bid extension date. NE5C is not bound to accept the lowest (or highest) Tenderer. Preference of awarding the tender will be given to those bidders who achieved a high percentage of purchasing from Local Products and have a High-level percentage of Omanization NESC gives priority to award the projects to SMEs companies.
