• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Supply, Transport, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 Set Comprising 1no.of Battery Charger & 1 No. Of Batteries Set and Isolator Box with One Set of Dcdb Panels of 30v Dc System The scope includes the following but not limited to: 1) Supply, Transport, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1 set comprising 1no. of Battery charger & 1 no. of Batteries set and isolator box with one set of DCDB panels of 30V DC system including Power & control cables between battery bank, fuse box, charger, DCDB, with all accessories. 2) Dismantling of existing Charger, DCDB complete with wiring, Batteries and return the same to MZEC store in proper condition. 3) Connection of all DC circuits to the new charger with proper gland and earthing, and engraved labeling of individual circuit and consideration of new control cables if required for the circuits, including earthing and supply connections. 4) Coordinating with MZEC engineer for schedule of disconnection and Conducting complete testing & commissioning of the New DCDB system (under supervision of Manufacturer Engineer) and connection to the existing system. 5) Updating of existing drawings, submission of relevant O&M manuals and test reports in 3 sets (hardcopies) and 1 set in softcopy. 6) The charger should be designed to totally operate maintenance free. 7) To provide short training at site by manufacture experts. 8) The new battery charger offer should be quoted from different manufacturers and have DCRP approved make. 9) The supplier has to submit the detailed calculation of Battery Duty cycle and required Ampere Hour rating based on the substation load details (enclosed in technical specifications) for MZEC review and approval. 10) Based on the new DC system, if any modification is required in existing LVAC panel need to be carryout (specifically feeder to DC system MCB rating and cabling, etc.) with MZEC approval. 11) Battery Charger set must comply the enclosed Technical specifications. 12) The Battery and charger should be suitable to accommodate in existing room of the old DC system in the substation. If not able to accommodate the same, the contractor must propose and carryout the work by arranging nearby room extension with approval of MZEC engineer. 3 Deliverables: Supply, Transport, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1 set comprising 1no. of Battery charger & 1 no. of Batteries set and isolator box with one set of DCDB panels of 30V DC system. Including Power & control cables between battery bank, fuse box, charger, DCDB, with all accessor Site Visit: Co-ordinate with Mudhaibi operation team for site visit to assess the scope of work and supply materials requirements. 5 Location and place of delivery Samad Primary Substation 2x20 MVA in Mudhaibi, North Sharqiyah Governorate If the total quotation amount above (R.O. 20,000) The awarded bidder shall enclose (5%performance bond) a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (5%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company
