• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Supply of Portable Dual Voltage Battery Charger System. qty 2 Scope of work: o Supply portable Dual DC Power supply (110V & 30V) for use in the substation during emergencies such as failure of substation DC system failure or to use during existing charger repair and replacement. DC supply meant for 110V and 30V DC loads associated with 33kV Switchgear, 11KV switchgear, SCADA and all other services / equipment of the substation. The offered equipment for DC power supply must be highly portable, lightweight as possible, and can be carried anywhere and any terrain by 4x4 pickup vehicles with easy loading and unloading facility. Equipment shall be of plug and play design with call cables and accessories for input connection with AC supply from existing ACDB and for output connection directly to existing DCDB or wherever technically viable for safe operation. The DC power supply shall be of manufacturer's proven design and shall meet or exceed the requirements and specifications as detailed in this RFQ in all respects. o Supplier must be approved from Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP). Approval certificate shall be provided on the submission documents. o Onsite structured technical training for MZEC engineers and technicians. o Detailed drawing and specifications (GA, LA & Complete scheme, technical particulars, etc) shall be provided during the proposal submission. o Detailed bill of quantities shall be submitted along with their quote. The Bill of Quantities shall be clearly segregated with the following; - Supply of Equipment - Charger cubicle, cables (AC, DC, earth separately) including transport and delivery and warranty.
