• Tenders are invited for Supply of Photocopy Machine Digital Photocopy Machine (B/W) The suppliers should include the following A) Technical Requirements: 1) Year of manufacturer: 2020 / 2021 2)Speed :20-50 copies per minute. 3) Automatic Document feeder with duplexing system 4) Finisher with stapler (option) 5. printer controller with network interface B) Cost and span for all spare parts (Drum, Toner, developer, fusing unit, Developing unit, Web roller, Pressure roller, Transfer roller). C) Two years comprehensive warranty. D) Training : Operation and Service training for Operators and Technicians has to be provided.
