• Description:
• Supply of Mud / Brine Pump Electric motor driven pump, capable of maintaining an output of 1.2m3/minute at 11,500 kPa with a maximum operating pressure of 21,000 kPa. A relief valve set to maximum operating pressure (21,000kPa) + 10% shall be fitted. Relief valve (PRV) shall be certified to API-7K §  Forged steel fluid ends. §  Closed loop cooling/lube oil system for liners §  Suction and discharge filter completed with bleed-off valves upstream of discharge filter. §  Full range liners and pistons to operate at the parameters specified in the above. §  Pulsation dampeners on discharge line, same rating as high-pressure lines. Discharge line shall be dipping down from relief valve and secured. Pulsation dampeners shall be forged and carry the ASME U or UM mark. §  Suction line 6”. §  Adjustable / resettable pressure relief valve set to maximum operating pressure (21,000 kPa +10%) flanged or hammer union. Threaded connections are forbidden. Relief lines for pumps shall be sloping gently downwards and shall be suitably anchored. §  Dedicated centrifugal charge pump. §  Trailer mounted for full mobility with suspension designed for moves over rough terrain. §  Pressure gauge in kPa before isolation valve - flanged connection, threaded connection not allowed. §  Rigid covers to enclose all moving parts. §  Drip tray to contain spills. §  Mud/brine pump discharge line shall have 2" nominal through bore, with 2.1/16" nominal through bore gate valves, 21,000 kPa WP. Flexible (vibrator) hoses according to API grade D, API Spec 7K-, FSL 1, temperature range II, and to be equipped with snubbing lines (min 3/8” dia) and integral couplings. Pump Discharge Lines "High pressure manifold (3 x valves, WP 21,000 kPa, with 1502 WECO welded connections 2"" x 2"") All the discharge lines (Chicksans/hoses) need to have unique identification number, working pressure and last test date. " Mud/Brine Tank System "§  Sectionised circulation tank capacity 30m³ wheel mounted for water or brine. The active suction tank shall be dimensioned such to provide a meaningful reading for level change for 1 m3 volume change. The settling compartment shall be provided with a screen of appropriate meshing and a minimum 8"" butterfly dump valve. Reserve tank, dump/oil tank, shale shaker tank, Trip tank shall design in one-wheel mounted trailer " "§  Pill tank capacity of 10 m³ wheel mounted with electric centrifugal transfer pump. (mud agitators to be installed and dump valve shall be lockable). Also, transfer line valves shall be lockable when mechanical isolation is needed. Brine/mixing tank & mud pump with hopper shall design in one-wheel mounted trailer." "§  Reserve tank capacity 55m³ wheel mounted with electric centrifugal transfer pump. Reserve tanks shall line up with hopper to have the flexibility of mixing" §  Shale shaker tank capacity of 5m³ wheel mounted with electric centrifugal transfer pump "§  Trip tank capacity of 5m³ wheel mounted with electric centrifugal transfer pump. It shall have a level indicator and calibrated with drill pipe in use. In addition, it has to meet the following criteria: Trip pump motor Cables should be routed to power house through the carrier not through the mud tanks to faciltate advance release and move for mud tanks without the need to wait to the end of operation. Motor should be fixed to the tank only after welding jobs completed to avoid bearing damage due to welding cables improper connections Cables must be marked properly at both ends using stainless steel cable id tags. Cable size, gland size and thread type, connectors sizes all should be identified properly to eliminate the need of using adapters/reducer" Sized to give level change of at least 5 cm for each stand of open ended drill pipe. Filled from flowline with a facility to bypass. Served by dedicated pump to give; 1m³/min (min) across the bell nipple or to fill drill pipe. Returns from choke manifold shall be routed through degasser to the trip tank.
