• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply Man Power to Adam Base on Monthly Basis & Others on Rental Basis as Well Supply Man Power to Adam Base on ADHOC Rate Agreement. The Submission date for bid is at 10.00 AM on 12/08/2021. Monthly basis Welder Work Scope:  Repair/weld/fabricate/modify any tasks related to the WS activities supervised by Maintenance supervisor  Participate in all company Adam Base yearly maintenance projects. In terms of repair & Modification jobs requirement.  With an approved request from supervisors, carry out all required modifications & work on WS equipment from field or in Adam base.  With an approved request from site had to Carry out General jobs such as Repair of handrails, stairway and walkways etc.to ensure that they remain in safe condition.  Install new areas of LP pipe as instructed , in accordance with industry regulations  Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of material and welding supplies  Can carry the jobs on field if required.  Keep all work area clean and tidy  Eliminate any waste and establish a cost conscious planning effort within area of responsibility.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job. Daily basis Welder/Fabricator Work scope (6G Welders with valid certificates)  Repair, build or modify WS structure as instructed by location supervisor  Participate in all company Adam Base yearly maintenance projects. In terms of repair & Modification jobs requirement.  With an approved request from supervisors, carry out all required modifications & work on WS equipment from field or in Adam base.  With an approved request from site had to Carry out General jobs such as Repair of handrails, stairway and walk ways etc.to ensure that they remain in safe condition  Cover the annual maintenance and 6 month inspection campaigns.  Install new areas of HP pipes as instructed , in accordance with industry regulations  Can carry the jobs on field if required.  Keep all work area clean and tidy  Eliminate any waste and establish a cost conscious planning effort within area of responsibility.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job. Monthly basis Mechanic & Electricion for Workshop & Adam Base Shortage Work Scope:  Responsible for performing all Workshop & Adam Base tasks under the supervision of WS manager & WS Supervisors  Fully competent & aware for all the WS equipment  Keep all work area clean and tidy  Responsible for all Tools & its inventory  Eliminate any waste and establish a cost conscious planning effort within area of responsibility.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job. Daily Basis Mechanic & Electricion (for AM & MOH)  Responsible for performing all Adam Base tasks during AM & any MOH going on  Fully competent & aware for all the WS equipment  Keep all work area clean and tidy  Eliminate any waste and establish a cost conscious planning effort within area of responsibility.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job. Monthly / Daily basis Carpenter Work Scope:  Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, camp.  Using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.  Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws  Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work  Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation  Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures  Keep all work area clean and tidy  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job.  Able to perform the job on field. Monthly / Daily basis Plumber Work Scope:  Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain plumbing equipment including, but not limited to, faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, drinking fountains, domestic water heaters and boilers, garbage disposals, backflow devices, toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs, and drains.  Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs in district facilities including, but not limited to, domestic water systems and related devices and sanitary waste drainage  Install new plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, sinks, commodes, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, garbage disposals, domestic water heaters and related devices.  Install, repair, or replace commercial and residential water systems.  Service plumbing fixtures and equipment.  Installs, repairs, or replaces hot and cold water lines.  Repairs and replaces pneumatic steam valves, radiator valves, traps, and steam and condensate pipes.  Repairs and replaces domestic hot water heat pumps, chilled water pumps, sump pumps, and sewage pumps.  Installs, tests, and repairs all sizes of backflow prevention devices.  Maintain a clean and safe workplace.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job.  Able to perform the job on field. Monthly / Daily basis AC Operator Work Scope:  The air conditioning operator install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.  Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.  Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.  Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.  Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.  Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.  Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for systems.  Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.  Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.  Maintain a clean and safe workplace.  Valid H2S permit  ID designation to be matched with the job.  Able to perform the job on field Notes: 1.
