• Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of Portable Fire Hydrant Cabinet with Delivery Fire Hoses and Hose Nozzle. Division Title: RPI-Maintenance & TA Contracts Closing Date: 10/01/2023 Portable Fire Hydrant Cabinet Cabinet Dimensions: Dimension (By Vendor) Cabinet manufactured from mild steel with 5.0 mm thickness and painting from inside and outside with primer, intermediate and finished paint with RAL 3000 with minimum 300 micron to protect the cabinet from extreme weather condition. Painting shall be suitable for C5M environment. Label: "FIRE HOSE" in white color in English/Arabic in front door of cabinet Cabinet shall be design considering worst environmental condition and to withstand high winds. Cabinet shall be sized to store 4 Nos fire hoses of size 2.5” x 30 meter, double jacketed lined with brass couplings, along with 2 No 21/2” pistol grip nozzle, 2 No. Branch pipe and 2 No. Foam making Branch pipe. Cabinet shall be designed to mount on foundation. Delivery Fire hose Delivery hoses are heavy duty, double jacketed and shall be provided with Brass hose coupling. Fire Hose shall be suitable for use with couplings requiring BS:336 standards and are intended for use at working pressure of 21 bar. Fire Hose shall be UL Listed and CDAA Approved Approved Standard: Meet with NFPA, UL Listed and CDAA Approved Usage/Application: Fire Fighting Inner Diameter: 2 1/2” Burst Pressure: PSI:600 BAR: 42 Proof Pressure: PSI:400 BAR: 28 Working Pressure: PSI: 300 BAR 21 Packaging Type: Rol Fire Hose Nozzle 2 No. x 21/2” pistol grip nozzle 2 No. x 21/2” Branch pipe nozzle 2 No. x 21/2” Foam making branch pipe Nozzle flowrate shall be 946 lpm @ 7 bar and shall be UL Listed, FM Approved and CDAA Approved.
