Your quotation must be valid for (90) days from the quotation date. • The quotation must be duly signed and stamped from the bidder authorized person. • If the total quotation amount above (R.O. 20,000) The bidder shall enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (1%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company. Any offer value above Page 7 of 8 R.O. 20,000 not includes (1%) bid bond will be rejected. • If the total quotation amount above (R.O. 20,000) The awarded bidder shall enclose (5%performance bond) a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (5%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company • Omani ports must be used to import goods and commodities in connection to this RFQ • The bidder shall comply with MZEC HSE requirements for bidders, as well as, with MZEC Electricity Safety Rules.
