• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Replacement/ Repair of the Defective Doors of GIS Room at Al Dakhiliyah Governorate Grid Stations. The scope of work encompasses the repair and replacement of some of the defective doors at Al Dakhiliyah Grid Stations. It includes the following activities: 1. Assessment and Inspection: ✓ Conduct a detailed site visit and a visual inspection for the entrance doors mentioned in BOQ to identify and document the extent of damage. ✓ Evaluate the functionality of locks, hinges, and opening/closing mechanisms. ✓ Assess the condition of frames, tracks, and surrounding structures. 2. Repair and Refurbishment: ✓ Repair: Repair damaged frames, locks, cracks and surrounding structures with appropriate materials and techniques. ✓ Replace: Replace the door at Adam GIS building, including handles, locks, hinges, etc. ✓ Realignment: Ensure proper alignment and smooth operation of entrance door. ✓ Painting: Apply protective paint coatings to refurbished surfaces if needed. ✓ Ensure the connection of the doors with CCTV system and function properly after the repair and replacement works. Ensure the connection of the doors with the earthing. 3.General HSE requirements: ✓ The vendor shall arrange skilled competent person for this job ✓ The vendor shall provide proper PPE-s, insulated hand tools, 110V power tools. ✓ The vendor shall submit risk assessment and MOS for the work. ✓ The vendor shall provide trained and certified workmen/ operators. ✓ The vendor shall submit all required documents for any subcontractor to be reviewed and approved by OETC concerned departments. ✓ The job execution shall be under direct OETC supervision (CP). ✓ OETC HSE system safety rules to be followed strictly.
