• Quotation are invited for Replacement of Damage 2 Tons Split Units Ac inside the Primary at North Batinah-Phase-1 Terms & Conditions: The following term and conditions are to be considered: 1. Quotation or bid must be submitted online through Oracle system. 2. The quotation must be valid for 45 days from the closing date. 3. Payment terms are 15 days on the valid invoice for Riyada card holders & 30 days for others. 4. The warranty period , make and country of origin should be mentioned in the quotation and the duration of delivery if not mentioned by MJEC. 5. The prices must be written in figures and words with company stamp. 6. You should provide samples if required 7. MJEC is not obliged to consent the lowest bid and may accept or reject any quotation. 8. The contractor or supplier should fulfill Electrical work Terms & Condition. 9. The contractor must prepare and submit HSE plan , the plan needs to be approved by MJEC HSE team. 10. The contractor must attach Riyada card & DCRP Certificate for all electrical works tenders. 11. The bidder must stamp and sign the tenders documents as aknowledgtment of the understanding of the scope of work. Any regret after opening the bids / qutations ,the contractor will pay 1% from total offer value as penalty and will penlize 10% if the regret after receving MJEC official order, MJEC has the right to suspend violation contractor to participate in new tenders for miximam 6 months or crosse out from the list . While MJEC reserve any other right or remedy they may have now or subsequently and liable to compensate contravener for not complying with the terms and conditions of bids / quotation . 12. Unless mentioned clearly that the materials are ( free issue From MJEC) the contractor responsibility to provide this material and will not accept any excuse after bid / quotation submtion. 13. This advertisement to be considered as a part of the agreement. 14. Any quotation not matching the above conditions will not be considered. 15. The bidders should Undertaking that there is no interest or relationship up to the first or second degree or matrimonial or their minor children between the owners of the institution/company commercial register with any of Majan Electricity Company Board members or staff. And In the case of violation of that , the institution/ company will bear all the legal responsibility according to what is stipulated laws , regulations and resolutions in force in the sultanate of Oman, also Majan has the right to take a legal action against of our company , if the bidder breached any of above condition. 16. Majan will not contract with any contractor grade C or above without availability of full time HSE officers. 17. The bidders must present a copy of their tax card while submitting their offers for MJEC tenders. 18. The bidder should met the Omanization percentage; as per ministry of labour rules. 19. The suppliers need to use Omani ports for all their imported items
