• Quotation are invited for Replace of Air Breaker Switch in Liwa & Shinas Area at North Batinah Governorate 1- Ccontractor must Coordinate with Zone Operation and Maintenance Engineer. 2- a Valid Dcrp, Mjec Cep & Crew-S Member Details must be Submitted Prior to Work Start. 3- Executing the Job Work within the Official Work Period Based on a Clear Plan that Approved by the O&M Engineer after the Site Visit And Initial Meeting. 4- Mjec Hsse Rules and Documents Which are Mandatory before, during And after Any Work and the Contractor is Responsible about Any Consequences of Noncompliance of Mjec Hsse Rules. 5- Returning All Replaced Material (if There is Any) to Mjec Store or Disposal of Damaged Material Municipality Yard and under Responsibility of the Contractor. 6- All Accessories Related to Replacement of Any Equipment shall be Considered as Part of the Replacment Job, and Amount shall be Consider in Quotation, Such as, Pg Clumps, Small Wiring, Excavation, Bolts and Nuts, Nails, Insulators…..etc. 7- Conductor Restringing Usually Required after Doing Maintenance For the Abs, Which should be Included in the Contractor Quotation. 8- Material, Labor and Tools Transportation is a Part of the Contractor Joball Unused / Dismantled Materials to be Returned to Mjec Sohar Stores in Good Condition and Stored Properly in the Store Yard as Instructed by the Store Keeper. 9- Working Plan must be Provided for the O&M Engineer in Charge Before Start Executing the Tender Work. 10- List of Approved Material that will be Used during the Maintenance Work must be Provided. Request for Quotation www.majanco.co.om 11- Hse File for the Labors, Tools, Vehicles and All Details of the Tender Works Team must be Provided in Prior of Execution of the Tender. 12- if There is Any Doubts or Confusions about Any Detail must Contact The O&M Engineer in Charge of the Tender. 13- Site Visit is Mandatory to All Bidders; Otherwise Any Deviation from The Tender Scope or Quantities will not be Acceptable during the Execution Period. 14- the Execution Period is 164 Days Starting after Receiving the Instruction Letter or the l.p.o. 15- Absw only Silicon Rubber Type will be Approved. 16- the Contractor must Provide by the End of the Work, a List including All Asset Code of the Replaced Equipment and Cordination of each Point
