• Tenders are invited for Rate Agreement for Well Head Isolation Tool (Whit) and Hydraulic Powerpack with Hoses Scope of work Provide a WHIT with a hydraulic power pack and accessories (full set) General Specifications Documentation Required a) Assembly COCs, COSs for full Well head Isolation Tool assembly b) Individual COCs for each Xover, goat head, gate valve, etc installed on WHIT (Assembly) c) Assembly COCs, COSs for full Hyd power pack assembly d) Individual COCs for each hydraulic cylinder in power pack e) COC for diesel engine f) Each item must be provided with OEM Part number and unique Serial Number g) Certificate of last hydrostatic pressure tests (1.5 times the working pressure) with charts and dates (22,500 PSI for items rated to 15,000 PSI, etc) h) Operation manual for Hydraulic power pack i) Hydraulic piping and connections schematics j) List of spare parts with specific part number for each k) Lifting certification for hyd power pack and WHIT
