• Tenders are invited for Provision of Interior Design Consultancy Services for Commercial Building 1 in Madinat Al Irfan Commercial Building 1 Project plot area is around 13000 sqm. The building consists of two basements and seven floors. The area of each floor varies from 2500 to 3000 sqm. The objective of this tender is to appoint an interior design consultancy. The commercial building layout is as follows: The Ground Floor is designated for public uses, floors 1 to 6 are dedicated to office space and floor 7 is reserved for building services. The interior design package should be supported with MEP, QS and ELV designs as per Client requirements. The scope of work includes responding to tender clarifications and site supervision after fit-out contractor appointment as well as defects and liability after the completion of the project.
