This includes: · Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) · Expansion and connection of the existing road to seamlessly integrate with the AIDA Phase 1 plot boundary. · Connection to the existing waterline to ensure a dependable water source for the project. · Design and construction of a water pump station to guarantee proper water pressure throughout the development. · Installation of a 33 KV line to deliver electricity from the grid directly to the AIDA Phase 1 plot boundary. · Design and construction of a primary power substation to provide a stable and reliable power supply for the project.
