• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Perimeter Wall Upgradation at Club X8008. Remove and replace designated perimeter walls which will set on a base that is 600 x 100mm to support the footer (400 x 400mm) that will have two 12mm rebar evenly space inside the footer to the complete length with the wall having 12mm rebar space over 900mm to an elevation of 2700mm and a thickness of 200mm. This footer will be installed on 100mm of sand base. Provide concealed conduit with provision for lighting in every 3 meters. Proposed Area-1 a. Make 1m height solid concrete wall and then block wall work above it up to a total height of 2.7 meter from the ground level of the back side of the wall as the ground level is higher than the face level finish. Approx. 13 running meters is the length of this portion of the wall. b. Each column 300 x300mm should be provided in every 3 meters as per the site condition. c. Provide a storm water drain 6-- piping connections above the ground level to the neighbor side which can collect and drain the stormwater during heavy rain. d. During construction, a temporary fence or barrier 2 meters high shall be installed. Proposed Area-2 a. Remove and replace perimeter walls as per the location provided approx.14 meters long. b. Block wall work above the footer beam, each column 300x300mm should be provided in every 3 meters as per the site condition. Proposed Area-3 a. Remove and replace perimeter walls as per the location provided approx.15.2 meters long. b. Block wall work above the footer beam, each column 400x400mm should be provided in every 3 meters as per the site condition. Demolition work - The old perimeter wall will be removed, and the area cleaned to prepare for the new wall and footer construction. DBA Insurance charges.
