• Quotation are invited for Payment Gateway Services. ANNOUNCEMENT DATE: 21/09/2021 CLOSING DATE: 28/09/2021. 11 Terms and Conditions:  Quotation must be addressed to the Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee (ITC), BidBid, marked with the RFQ No., the description, and the closing date.  Valid commercial & municipality registrations shall be attached with original offer.  Your quotation must be valid for (90) days from the quotation date.  The quotation must be duly signed and stamped from the bidder authorized person.  If the total quotation amount above (R.O. 20,000) The bidder shall enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (1%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company. Any offer value above R.O. 20,000 not includes (1%) bid bond will be rejected.  If the total quotation amount above (R.O. 20,000) The awarded bidder shall enclose (5%performance bond) a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (5%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company  Omani ports must be used to import goods and commodities in connection to this RFQ  The bidder shall comply with MZEC HSE requirements for bidders, as well as, with MZEC Electricity Safety Rules Scope of work: - Payment gateway  facilities,  features  services - Payment Gateway systems architecture/diagram as well the transaction Workflow. - Integration requirements from both parties - Data security & Cyber Security - Data backup plan & services - Disaster recovery plan - Auto Settlement - Transferring Collected payment & Reconciliation  Bank shall transfer the collected payments to MZEC-s Bank account at time.  Bank provide collection report in excel format for verification and reconciliation with MZEC-s reports on daily basis to settle any discrepancy.  Payment gateway capable to segregate & report the transactions types as per client request and accordingly the reconciliation & settlement work to be transferred as separate deposited batches - Supports - Bank shall resolve customer complaints and disputes related to payments - Market experiences in payment gateway services - Contract Period: 5 years. Note if there is exist contract with service provided will be added to the same contract. - Service usage: Mobile App, web portal, Kiosks, and IVR. Note, if there is any specific requirement for any of the service usage to utilize the payment gateway, please provide required details. - Breakdown financial offer
