• Quotation are invited for HPLC Detector Pump: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning for : Analytical Uhplc at Pressures up to 800 Bar and for Flow Rates up to 5 Ml/Min. Including: -Quaternary Pump A. Last Date to receive Quotation:21/03/2022 Req Date: 02/03/2022 Suppy, Installation, Testing and Commissioning for : Analytical UHPLC at pressures up to 800 bar and for flow rates up to 5 mL/min. Including: -Quaternary pump A quaternary UHPLC pump that provides gradient formation and solvent blending from up to four solvents. This pump should enable quaternary solvent delivery at pressures up to 800 bar and flow rates up to 5 mL/min. -Autosampler The UPLC should have an autosampler that can Injects a minimum of 100 standard 2 mL vials with a pressure rating of 600 or 800 bar. -Column temperature control A thermostat HPLC column compartment should be part of the equipment and can provides precise temperature control for up to four columns over a broad temperature range with cooling to 10 degrees below ambient and heating up to 85 deg C. -UV-Vis detector A Diode Array Detector that offers multiple wavelength and full spectral detection up to a 120 Hz sampling rate. -Fluorescence detector A sensitive HPLC fluorescence detector that simultaneously provides quantitative data and fluorescence spectra from a single run, enabling rapid method optimization for HPLC FLD Detector Spectra experiments. -Computer and software A desktop computer with a laser printer should be supplied with the equipment. It should contain a software to manage, operate the UPLC and process the samples. An option to reinstall the software in case of system crash free of charges should be included. -UPS 10KV with Stabilizer Power backup for the instrument for at least 30 minutes -Warranty: 3 Years -Delivery Shall not exceed 4 months -Estimated Installation time after delivery -Five Days onsite training -Application and Service training at Manufacture for 2 persons -Price List for the major spare parts -Estimated cost for labor service rate and PM kit if any with items list. -Back up/spare parts support by manufacturer up to the 10th year -Submission of operation & Service manuals
