• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Field Management Application to Manage and Handle All Works Related to Metering Department. Mazoon intends to get a field management application to manage and handle all works related to metering department. The system: 1. Will manage field activities for Mazoon field roles, users and team. Note the workorder distribution depends on team geographical location. Eg. A new connection wiring inspection workorder related to Barka Z1 should be visible in Barka Z1 Team mobile app but not others and anyone from the team can pic the workorder.. 2. Will be master for all field activity data (workorders). 3. Integrate with Mazoon-s systems: a. Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365 (the source of Field Activities (FA) and destination after FA completed) b. Oracle CC&B (the source of Field Activities (FA) and destination after FA completed). Note this will replace the Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365 by the end of this year. c. Billing (get some information for billing system) d. GIS (use GIS Map, Draw skitch for Meter location) 4. Will be provided as a Software as Service Model (SAAS) where: a. Server hosting and related infrastructure requirements will be provided and handled by the application provider. b. Mazoon will be the master of the field activities data and processes required to be used by Mazoon for achieving their field management requirements. c. All data should be stored in the Sultanate of Oman.
