• Tenders are invited for development and operation of a fish market building, including the construction, completion, equipping, operating, and managing the fish market building for an operational period of 15 years, which can be extended for another five years upon mutual agreement. Project location: Wilayat of Barka, Sultanate of Oman How to participate in the tender: Interested companies can purchase the tender documents from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers during working hours. There is a non-refundable fee of 150 Omani Rials (OMR) to purchase the documents. The deadline to purchase the tender documents is July 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Tender Committee at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers no later than July 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Here are some additional requirements to participate in the tender: Companies must have a valid commercial registration in the Sultanate of Oman. They must have experience in similar projects in the past five years. Companies must submit a bank guarantee for no less than 5% of the tender-s estimated value.
