Design, Construction, Finance, Operation, and Maintenance of Salalah-Thumrait Truck Road under Public Private Partnership Agreements as Part of Public Private Partnership (Ppp) Projects and in Order to Encourage Private Sector to Invest in Infrastructure Projects and Public Services, the Ministry of Finance (Mof), in Coordination with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (Mtcit), Seeks to Engage the Private Sector in Salalah-Thumrait Truck Road (Sttr) Development Project under Ppp Agreement. The Sttr is a 67-Km Road, the First of its Kind in Oman, Specifically Designed for Heavy Vehicles.
