  • Quotation are invited for Contract Agreement of Office Furniture & Fixture Equipment & General Public Liability Insurance for 2 Years from 01/02/2024 to 31/01/2026. Procurements Terms & Conditions: 1) The Quotations should contain a reference number, date, request number, stamp & should be submitted in letter head of the company & approved by your authorized signatory. 2) Quotations shall be submitted online through E-Tendering system. 3) Quotations sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. 4) OETC is not committed to accept the lowest or any specified offer. 5) Payment terms: 30 days from the date of receiving the invoice 6) Penalty: 0.15% per day up to maximum 5% of original contract value. 7) The attention of the tenderers- is also directed to tax obligation under Omani Law. 8) The participants shall read & understand the Code of Ethics (COE) & comply with its terms & obligations while dealing with directors & employees of OETC, Code of Ethics document may obtained at OETC website link: https://www.omangrid.com/en/Pages/Reports.aspx?csrt=12997994778173887929 9) The successful Tenderer must use the Omani Ports to import any goods and commodities that required to be employed in the Project. If applicable, the successful Tenderer shall submit along with his invoices an evidence of utilizing Omani ports for importing the goods and commodities to process the payment.  HSE Terms & Conditions: 1) Supplied items shall meet all the Legal HSE Requirements prevailing in Sultanate of Oman. 2) All works shall be carried strictly in compliance with the OETC HSE Procedures. 3) MSDS shall be supplied for all the chemicals. 4) Green purchasing shall be reflected if applicable The following reference should be mentioned clearly on the envelope
