• Quotation are invited for Audit of Technical Information Forming Part of the Scrc Statement 2022" The Scope of Work of the technical consultant/expert shall be; 2.1 To carry out 100 percent verification of Consolidated DSSS sheet and information related to ‘Secure Capacity and Peak Demand- for the primary substations reported/provided by MZEC for the year 2022 following the generally accepted standards on technical audits, as applicable and following APSR guidelines. 2.2 Fully verification with GIS and SCADA system data. 2.3 Fully verification of PSS with ATS and cross tripping scheme including the effectiveness of both schemes. 2.4 Fully verification of 11 KV interlinks with the contingency plan. 2.5 Comparison and verifications with previous submission of SCRC 2021 and highlight the reason of change in compliance status for each PSS. 2.6 Verifications with the capability statement and contingency plan. 2.7 Submit the revised information together with the calculation of financial implications, considering the SCRC format 2.8 To meet Regulator (APSR) to discuss the Authority-s expectations on the quality of the technical audit outcomes related to the DSSS if required.
