• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Asset Management system Description 1 • Asset Tracker device for tracking 88 powered assets, integrated with J1939 or equivalent to read from various brands/models (CAT/Detroit/Alison/Volvo Truck, etc…) for example meter readings, pressure, fuel consumptions, pump rate, etc… And GPS/GLONASS, 2G/3G modem, Local GPRS enabled SIM. • Additional Analog/Digital inputs for external sensors. 2 Asset Tracker device for tracking 63 NON-Powered assets, integrated with J1939 or equivalent to read from various brands/models. GPS/GLONASS, 2G/3G modem, Local GPRS enabled SIM 3.1 Asset Management Software (Option-1): • 151 pieces of equipment & Unlimited users, Integration with Google Map, Integration of GeoFencing Solution, Event on Map, API Google Map, Mobile Application • Preferable Non-expiry licenses and one-time payments with annual support renewal. • Real-Time Tracking (updates every specified time interval) • identify the idle equipment. • Ability to schedule the reports. • WEB Based System. • Software to be host exclusively at Abraj server / on cloud service providers in Oman. • Periodical and Automatic Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance with Alerts • The application is to be hosted exclusively at Abraj Server or any of the designated cloud service providers in Oman. • Additional reports can be custom-made based on the user-s needs. •Customized reporting feature. •5 years Similar project experience with customer reference in GCC/world. 3.2 Asset Management Software (Option-2): • 500 pieces of equipment & Unlimited users, Integration with Google Map, Integration of GeoFencing Solution, Event on Map, API Google Map, Mobile Application • Preferable Non-expiry licenses and one-time payments with annual support renewal. • Real-Time Tracking (updates every specified time interval) • identify the idle equipment. • Ability to schedule the reports. • WEB Based System. • Software to be host exclusively at Abraj server / on cloud service providers in Oman. • Periodical and Automatic Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance with Alerts • The application is to be hosted exclusively at Abraj Server or any of the designated cloud service providers in Oman. • Additional reports can be custom-made based on the user-s needs. •Customized reporting feature. •5 years Similar project experience with customer reference in GCC/world. 3 • 4 Rigged Tablet with Application ( iOS / Android solution ) to display the route, over-speed alerts, etc… and online update. • Rigged Tablet that identifies the Asset been towed using Bluetooth ( preferable). • User/Driver Identification in the software. 4.1 Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) - One Year 4.2 Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) - 5 Years
